The Current Season is: Early Spring
This week is pickup week #1 of 10 (Sunday, February 5, 2012)
CSA week #1 of 10 is upon us! We're proud to offer the following items for inclusion in this weeks half share allocation: (full share will be double the amount you see below)
• Your choice of sweet & white potatoes, (each time you arrive, you will be asked if you are in need of these items, seeing as most of our customers can become overloaded on root vegetables each week).
• 1 Onion (white or red) additional Onions are an extra charge
• 1 bag of Salad Mix
• 1 bag of Spinach
• 1 English Cucumber
• Choice of 3 Apples (Macintosh, Courtland, Gala, or Fuji), 3 Oranges, or 3 Pears
• 1/2 lb of Carrots
• 1 Green Pepper (Red may be available depending on our harvest)
• 2 or 3 Tomatoes depending on the size and relative weight
• Purple Top Turnips
• Brussel Sprouts
• Broccoli
• Choice of Romaine, Kale, or Swiss Chard
Additionally, LemonThyme Farm reserves the right to change the products available to our CSA customers at any time, depending on several factors including availability, harvest schedule, and weekly weather conditions. If you require additional quantities of produce not included in the CSA, an extra charge will be added at the register. Lastly, all customers must check out at the register before exiting the store, a policy we must use to ensure our customer counts are accurate. Early Spring CSA Information

February 5, 2012 – April 8, 2012
Join one of LemonThyme Farm's year-round CSA plans. Farm shares are available year round in ten-week increments. Local produce from our own greenhouses and from our network of local Southeastern Massachusetts farms will be provided.
Come enjoy our sustainable, renewable, and organically grown local produce and fruit! Produce available in this session includes lettuce, chard, arugula, winter squash, carrots, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, mixed greens & more! Watch out for our new additions in the late spring: strawberries, green beans, peaches, nectarines, and beets!
A limited amount of shares will be available for Early Spring 2012.
A half share will supply produce for one to two adults per week and a full share will supply enough produce for three or four adults per week. Half shares are $165 per 10-week session and full shares are $270 per 10-week session.
Also, you're able to add a dozen eggs for $23.00, a half-gallon of milk (1%, Skim, 2%, or Whole) for $28.00, and a loaf of bread (a variety of choices: 7-grain, wheat, sourdough, italian, focaccia, etc.) for $38.00.
Share pick-up (every Sunday) is available exclusively at the Dedham Square Country Store. Alternative pick-up arrangements may be made with one weeks advance notice at the time of the sign up. Delivery is available under special circumstances.
Sign-up periods for the Deep Winter CSA will be on the following dates:
