The Dedham Square Country Store's Book & Collectable Nook
The DSCS is growing! Located in the rear of the store, our Book & Collectable Nook is growing...because of you! Over the past few weeks, we have been asking our customers to provide us with any or all of their gently used books, CDs, DVDs, Records, or even Collectables so that we may begin to embark on our next dream of expanding our local offerings.
Even though our vision is a work in progress, the DSCS has finally unveiled the preliminary vision of the Book & Collectable Nook. As you may have noticed, new collectable items can be located throughout the store and are available for purchase. Many of these items are wonderful additions to any home, and can be decorative in nature as we progress through each season.
Damian Neill, a master craftsman from Dedham, MA embarked on building us a new set of shelving and cases slated to be used in both areas of our store. We encourage you read the first steps regarding how the Book & Collectable model will work throughout the coming weeks and suggest you clean out any areas in your home where older, perhaps neglected books, CDs, DVDs, and Records might be hiding.
